You can't say this if you don't or haven't tracked your plays for a couple of years, non stop.

Otherwise, my friend, it's an automatic self burial.

Good Luck today, I'm on Ball St +266 since the open.

Good Luck today, I'm on Ball St +266 since the open.

I could start doing that, posting results now would just be inviting haters. It becomes a time issue, really.

Yikes Range, you just made two excuses that aren't even legit.

Claiming long term success when you don't have it will bring far more haters. And tracking is not a time issue, you made the thread, you can type a couple of numbers as results.

Remember, you made the long term claim, no one else. How can you make that claim and two posts later say you don't have time to actually track your results?

You should track your bets and why you made them, not knowing your previous results mean you don't actually know if you are winning long term or not but more importantly you don't know if you are likely to win going forward.

Picking winners is the by far the easiest part of sports betting, but knowing how to be confident that you can pick winners going forward takes a lot more effort.

Not trying to argue with you here Range, I don't doubt your claims, but you offer a good teaching point in both summarizing results and making claims with no evidence. It's far too often at SBR that posters will argue or respond to other posters with unsubstantiated claims.

It's an ego thing, obviously. Not saying that is with you, but it clearly is for many posters.

The solution is simple for you, don't say you win long term as a response to a troll. Say something else, like why you made the play.

I can't hep but jump on the teaching moments, it's just a part of me. I know many posters get insulted, but that's not my intent.

We all can learn and the only way to succeed in sports betting is to never stop learning.

Trust me, I know, despite having plenty to learn myself.

In the end, I'm the fool here. I've done things from trying to teach professional sports money management to trying to keep the integrity of SBR at a decent level.

Both of those are tasks destined to miserably fail in the Forum.

Let me specify, I don't have a lot of time to spend here every day to post results. I have my record on my spreadsheet, which I spend time doing. Sometimes I let it run behind in which it takes me some time to get it updated. Then to post here consistently would be the time issue.

I know all about it. I have hyperlinks to every play I post and track with more information than anyone at SBR has ever done.

It sucks when I forget to post a play and then have to post it with the widely available line at the time. For example...

That's a fukk up when it comes to tracking against the closer. It's a .35 fukk up and if the line moves the other way, it becomes a loss against the close instead of a win.

Such is the reality and part of doing this by example, completely forgot to post and now I have a different clv comparison...and I'm kicking myself for that.

The KVB NCAAF UPSET Basket has picked up...

    219 28-Nov N TEXAS +125

Again, this is a +194 Haymaker Fund trigger from the openers, and then triggered at +160 in the UPSET Basket on Monday and I forgot to post it.

Here is the rest of the UPSET Basket this week...

    137 27-Nov STANFORD +110 1.1 -117 Y 0.27
    143 IOWA ST +115 1.15 -132 Y 0.47
    157 28-Nov GA SOUTH +104
    181 PENN ST +160
    185 DUKE -110
    289 28-Nov LOUISVILLE +102
    293 1-Dec W KENTUCKY +105
    299 28-Nov SDSU +140

If Kansas St., a haymaker trigger at +176 and Visiting Dog trigger at +5 (-110), drops in the right market environment tomorrow, it could become an UPSET Basket trigger as well...
Not only does it lead to seperate tracking for SBR than I have in my office, in this case it affects two tracking points...the units and the closing line comparison.

Pain in the ass to say the least. There's only time because it's what I do and I'm in the office all day anyway.

Yes, exactly. It just becomes a time issue for me. The other thing I could do is go back on everyone of my posts and then state the record. That will take me weeks.

Del Mar R10 for the MBS I think you go either 8 or 10 depending on the odds at post. There are some nice races at Del Mar today but only 1 MBS Promo.

Hard to beat, not impossible. Besides, it's one of the very few sports you can bet a little and crush. On top of that, it's the most fun to bet.

#3 Race 6 at Del Mar is a solid play. 5/2 ML, hopefully we get 8/5 but I'm thinking more like 3/2. Hopefully at least 8/5.
