Good news is that they say it's the type of tear that he is expected to make a full recovery.
Not sure anyone ever makes a full recovery after the achilles tear, but Klay should be able to remain a shooter.

I think if he comes back and stays healthy hes worth it. Its a big if, but also like any job people are paid on past performances too.
