Indiana starts stage 2 of a 5 stage plan on Monday, which includes re-opening of some businesses at 25% capacity. Groups up to 25 people will be allowed during the 2nd stage. If all goes well, 3rd stage will begin May 23 upping to 50% capacity and gatherings up to 100. The goal is to be at near full capacity by July 4.
