    Boston vs. LA for 2 consecutive championships.

    Red Sox vs. Dodgers. Now Patriots vs. Rams. Have teams from the same two cities ever met before in consecutive pro sports championships? I can't think of any. Pretty amazing, especially considering how many teams are in both leagues.

    Even less likely to happen with basketball or hockey since it is guaranteed to be east vs west.
