Wash pat dry Turkey
Place in Roaster pan ( preseason bottom of pan with Oregano salt and pepper)
Rub Butter all over bird and inside
Quarter 2 green apples and 2 brown onions stuff bird with those.
Add oregano salt and pepper inside as well be generous.
Thaw out a large can of Frozen Oj Cincentrate and pour all over bird and inside. Fill can up twice with Chardonnay and pour over bird. Re- season bird with more oregano salt and pepper.
Cook bird as usual
Baste every hour
