Considerate move lol c’mon man we’re trying to make the other guys broke, not very considerate imo. It’s a rookie move because you don’t need to give the table that information if you don’t want to and only a fukin rookie wants to.

I understand why sweep turned his cards over, but 100% that guy tries to shove his cards in the muck if he doesn't catch a K.

if its heads up and one guy is done, the game would be over so that information would be useless.... I mean, just because you go bust doesn't mean you're broke... I hear what you're saying but you should also take into account that the likelihood of you ever playing with the same people at a Vegas poker room is highly unlikely...

nothing wrong with losing.. doesn't make you any more or less of a guy... but not turning your cards says a lot more than turning them over Imo...

I don't think this is a slow roll. A lot of guys that play ring games here don't show, especially when they over shove with junk. I think if it's a home game amongst friends, then sure, flip over those girls ,but at the club, eh, not so much.

I guess some of us slow roll and some of us fast roll. It’s what makes this country great.

i watched with volume on, all the action takes place before the flop you both go all in, some poker rooms make you show your cards that's how our local card room does it when there is an all in and a call cards must be shown first you can even choose to run it twice if there is more than 300 in the pot, some card rooms like the seminole hard rock at tampa you don't have to show your cards at all you could of just mucked your queens after he showed his hand i don't think it was that bad a slow roll some people just don't like to show their hands til the very end if you hit a queen on the river he could just muck his hands without showing

Guy couldn't beat A-K. He was feeling like a moron after he got called. It's still not even close to a slow roll. In sweep's spot, I never show my cards first. I called you...you want to scoop the pot, show me a winner. You show me K-J...I muck my ladies. I'm not giving you any info. I could have A-9 suited for all you know.

now this I will agree with....

I like to turn them over quick so I know quickly rather than play the waiting game for that suspenseful $100 hand..... you get where I'm coming from at least?

I am halfway teasing, but the rooms I have walked by have been pretty empty so I imagine you might see the same guy if you play more than once. Sweep seems like he enjoys the pokers so who knows maybe he runs into the guy again or the guy reloads. I'd be looking for that guy.

+1... if they call me they better show 1st

thats the etiquette... If I call you up I will show you once the river comes IF I have a chance of winning otherwise I can muck

The person who pays to call gets to show last where I play.

And can muck their cards if they wish.

If they show before the deal, etiquette is to both show, but not a rule.

Thinking on it. I am not sure it's the weird way really.

If some one says to you about anything, "I bet I can beat you". And you then say yes ok I take that bet, I think you'd expect them to show you what they have to beat you with next.

That was not a slow roll at all. No one i ever required to show their cards in cash games. He didnt show because he was embarrassed by getting called. Had you hit a queen then he just folds and no one knows what he raised with. HE actually tabled his cards very quickly after the river
