    "I Was A Bettor Before Betting Was Cool"

    If Sports betting legalization happens in the states, I propose that SBR have cool T-shirts made up with the slogan that reads:

    "I Was A Bettor Before Betting Was Cool"

    Then stick the SBR Logo below it (with link)

    Proceed to give them away to posters as prizes via contests.

    This will help promote the forum to many newbees of the hobby thru the spread of legalization to find us.

    Once they find us, they will also find that Offshore books/sponsors exist with better deals.

    Wouldn't you guys wear one?

    Hence all the talk of legalization.

    Our goal should be to bring in as high a percentage of newbees to the site(s) as we can, once popularity starts to spread.

    What would you assess the odds of legalization to be?

    And if legalized, will shops make you pay something like 13 to 10 on a football or basketball game. My state probably would.

    Legal experts favor NJ & Co to win, leading to legalization.

    Even if they lose, there are others high politicians with bills in place pushing it.

    Not to mention the NBA. (MLB is said to be with them)

    To answer your last question, yes, more than likely odds & offers wont be great.

    That's where & why Offshore will always exist, and might even strengthen in business.

    But the fact is everyone does something.

    While most ppl remain in control, there will always be those few who do not.

    This goes for anything.

    Some things questionable, to the simplest things like eating.

    Betting/gambling is no different.

    Fun trick I learned years ago is to buy the cheesiest cap at any new casino you play at. Great investment because anyone with a clue at poker will make you as an ultra fish and pay you off much lighter.

    That is funny you say that JJ... I look at people in a casino and I think what a bunch of silly fools. So dressed up think they are at a party all to give their money away. I really don't think too much of people that enjoy "the casino lifestyle" Similar to those that think doing cocaine makes them cool... bunch of real idiots.

    Until you've sucked a dikk to get a play in, you're not a bettor. And sucking a dikk is never cool. Especially after the play loses, leaves a bad taste in your mouth
