    I used to do jumps on beach and then jump on hard ground/kick myself in the face to increase vertical/pain tolerance.

    Very efficient.

    Yeah I never got into it but teammates on the football especially the line were on it. Guys were starting at 3 plates, you lose the mass over time as soon your off the juice though no dawg?
