Somebody's sweet bud no doubt doing his prescribed prescription for the brotherhood of cons that "lie" on SBR.
Talk to me Monday. I would like to study football and not have to read about the sewing circle member's of the SBR brotherhood.

What went wrong? Nothing. Never had your back, so no backstabbing here. Just stating the obvious. Carry on.

Well, since I am apparently stuck with a wager I did not want--and no offer to cancel by Bovada, though many other well know Books do have a grace period of time to request a cancellation, especially when they sense the customer is not trying to pull something off on them.
I hope the honest info gives many member's on SBR a different look at this supposed--A-Book?

And, yes, I got their final word today and am I surprised? Hardly. You know when a bully knows you have little defense even when exposing the truth it can still get you hung or even beat-up.
Thank you OPT, I will try to do my to my best to do just that.
    * My SBR complaint seems not to scare this exposed Book? I will always wonder why?

And I do see now, after looking at an even numbered point-spread to wager--just a test--they finally state ..no option to buy a 1/2 point.
Maybe ABE can at least take some satisfaction in the fact that they may have finally fixed their faulty wagering program? Though, we may see it come back again and if it does, I would not be surprised.
**Yet, when my saved screen shot told the truth--the one they kept profusely denying, they still make this wrong decision.

its obviously a software glitch and they should do you the favor of canceling the wager

i guess they are afraid of creating a precedent and have people start asking for cancellations for all sorts of reasons and putting stress on their cs and wasting their time

I think they need to refresh there odds more often. The displayed odds and the odds on my wager tickets are often different so you have to pay close attention.

This happens very frequently on Bovada. Wasn't sure what the reason behind it was

Surely buying these half points is costing you more in juice than plays it turns a loss into a push is worth no?

The Key? Try to pick winners.
Thanks for some agreeable replies. This support help's stabilize SBR's bettor's chances when they get caught with a Book-glitch, such as I did.
I lost the good fight but BOVADA loses credibility. My guess is this and I cannot prove it of course: They claimed NO ONE has ever had that same incident with their wagering problem but....ABE.
What are the odds of that being true?

I once went to bed with a balance over 8k and woke up with a balance of around 5.5k. I had been live betting and they said I made live wagers that were bad lines. Hard to prove that the line wasn't bad when it was live. Only bad incident I have had with them, but it was a big one for me.

Live betting can be disastrous. They move those lines so quickly, the bettor get's a brief look and then you see something inviting...gone in a flash or either it was rejected. Live betting is for a bettor with stable nerves and a quick trigger finger.
I'm not quick on the draw, so many times, I am at their mercy.
You also had better check your saved wagers often when live-betting.

Abe did you see the Auburn + 6 in one of their rotating menus prior to logging in?

Not very likely Abe. Like many others it been years since I've played w bovada so don't know what they like these days. I do recall they used to give ya the half point buy option back then as well on games w a hook, never paid it much attention so couldn't tell you if it was ever up on even point lined gm cause I probably wouldn't have noticed buddy..

while I understand your frustration let's face it something far more egregious happens to folks most days. Really what we talking in this instance 20 cents on dollar of 1 play? Sometimes fair or not we gotta just suck it up and move on pal..

Of course and I thought you didn't approve of ABE? You had to see the wager page I copied and saved here and posted. Yes, the 6 was their consistently and even yesterday evening I do believe.
Check SBR's copy of yesterday's changes and see for yourself.

Only the naive would believe Bovada meant every word they told me, when defending their wager software.

Already did pal and I don't know what you mean about that .20 thing. If Auburn get's beat by 6 and their software expressed what was in the box and would do what it offered, I win by that precious 1/2 point. See?
The number 6 was in the block [see above for yourself]. I buy the 1/2 point, get charged for it and I am still at +6.
I said I had to give up and will close this thread unless I see something worthwhile.
    Maybe Monday as I said?
    * Yet, I have not heard from the complaint I sent SBR, so maybe they can talk some sense into Bovada? Right.

    Yep. explain this one?

I just checked that Auburn game on Bovada's SBR screen. Guess what number they carry now on Auburn?
    Gosh, what a great coincidence.
Closing now with a ton of circumstantial evidence.

The 20 cents is what I assumed you paid for the half point you didn't get? I didn't look closely enough to see what the tax was for you on buying it.. ultimately that what you should be given back or bet cancelled as obviously it was software mistake as I never really recall seeing that box unless it was a spread with a hook attached to it (again may have been there before I just wouldn't have noticed).

still not sure why you wanted to buy it to 6.5 but obviously that your prerogative, if I was them I would certainly let you buy away. Tony at 5d will happily sell you all the points ya want.

Hi 2da. I wanted all the Georgia points at Bovada I could get, so, when offered that 1/2 point like I have proven, I went for it.
If a Book such as Bovada can be proven wrong on this outrageous betting fiasco , what next for out sport's brother's in arm's? Take up arm's?
Well, yes, I am disappointed seeing a major A-Book [SBR...come on] just fib, dodge, and twist the rules to satisfy their false story. How much worse can it get? I mean, isn't it the toughest it's ever been for a sport's lover to wager a winning bet and cash it?
    I do think so.

SBR? I never heard a word about my complaint about Bovada...did I?

What are odds winning odds? Bovada did this:
    Lied...10/1 favorite
Lied and used a double-standard when refusing to delete that Georgia wager....20/1 favorite.

    * Used the old double-standard: Meaning they would not have blinked once before deleting that error'ed play on Georgia, if indeed, I was new player, a complete sucker, or a veteran gambler not known to win many funds? Odds....30/1 favorite

SBR? I would like to hear your comment as well? Why did I not hear one monitor scold them severely?
