    I literally laughed out loud when I glanced at my Bleacher Report alert. What union guy comes up with that and thinks to himself, that will get baseball fans on our side?! Just ridiculous.     Had a discussion with a friend last night on this very topic.

    Take the best women softball umps.
    Collect them all in one place for a rigorous 1 week training session.
    Promptly fire and replace these egomaniacal buffoons.

    The woman would be getting paid like 50x there normal salary.
    They wouldn`t have the stupid rabbit ears and "I am THE MAN/AUTHORITY" in these here parts.

    We've got the pitch trac at the ball parks. The strike zone is the strike zone from the first pitch to the last. Some umpires have their own strike zones and on top of that are inconsistent. I would have no problem with an ump being fired because of only 95% accuracy over a 100 games.

    Hernandez sucks he should have been fired a long time ago.The other idiot that comes into the picture the tall guy with the grey hair.I do not know his name he stinks also.Ive been watching baseball for 40 years and there ball and strikes calls are way off.But for the most part most are decent.For me if have to rank Mlb umps would be first,Nfl,Nhl and Nba probably the worse.With NHL Not too far behind.
