Take the best women softball umps.
Collect them all in one place for a rigorous 1 week training session.
Promptly fire and replace these egomaniacal buffoons.

We've got the pitch trac at the ball parks. The strike zone is the strike zone from the first pitch to the last. Some umpires have their own strike zones and on top of that are inconsistent. I would have no problem with an ump being fired because of only 95% accuracy over a 100 games.
