    Best closer in Baseball 2017?

    Who's your pick? I pick Jansen with the Dodgers because he has the lowest ERA... He's ranked #3 by ESPN..

    Kimbrel been the most dominating if you minus 3 huge home run balls

    So Jansen wins because of that , followed by Kimbrel and then Holland imo

    ESPN retarded ranking a guy w less than a k per 9 and 1.27 whip at the top. The answer Jansen as you said and it not even close. Dude has 1 blown save and unlike half these bums you rarely even see him at risk.

    WHIP is big.... I went by ERA as it's what can you do with men on base even after you give up walks, will you let them score or not? Jansen has the best ERA..

    In baseball statistics, walks hits per inning pitched (WHIP) is a sabermetric measurement of the number of baserunners a pitcher has allowed per inning pitched. WHIP reflects a pitcher's propensity for allowing batters to reach base, therefore a lower WHIP indicates better performance.
