    Full-timers at a local joint should make $36-40k depending on tips. Vegas strip dealers make $60k and up.

    Anyone can deal 21, learn the harder games like craps and you'll get work.

    Vegas jobs on the strip usually require a year experience in LV unless connected.

    I'm a dealer in the burbs of Chicago. Dealers here make between $50,000-$60,000 a year. Vegas dealers don't make as much unless you work at one of the Wynn Casino's. Most of the Vegas strip dealers average $40K per year.

    I have a friend who worked at Wynn and the Cosmo and was making $80k. I'm sure that's at the upper end.

    Lot of variables. But generally speaking, tips go down as the stakes go up.

    Back when I lived in Florida before they got table games and poker limits were $2 a bet, the best dealers there probably made close to 100k a year.

    I live 5 minutes from South Point in a $221,000 4 bedroom house. These cookie cutter houses are well over priced and a piece of shit compared to my Texas house that I used to live in.

    Some dealers better than others so make better tips (obviously). I know they line up for the PLO games down here and make out pretty well a few times a month to go along with the usual shifts. I couldn't do it though. Like being on the other side of the table too much.
