In my closet right now, I have 6 different color alligator shoes (Brioni, Tom Ford, Zilli) all well over $2k each, I have a couple Artioli Ostrich shoes ~$1,500 each. I spent stupid money on clothes. I use to have a tailor and would spend thousands on suits and shirts. I spent $24k on clothes in one sitting one time. A buddy of mine spent over $32k the same day. That tailor is one of the most well known in Los Angeles today and he basically started his business on us. $300 shirts, $500 Pancaldi ties, $500 cuff links, shit was crazy. I can't even wear most of the shit today.

To the Ops original post, I lost $20k in less than 2 hours at the blackjack table at Crystal Palace in the Bahamas many years ago. I was signing so many markers I didn't even know how much I had lost (I've never taken out a marker since). This was my first day of a 8 day trip. I was fukkin pissed. I had an early tee time that I passed up at the tables. That was the most expensive tee time I ever missed. I stayed on the beach the next few days drinking/binging as I avoided the casino. Later in the week I said fukk it and took $500, rolled it all the way up and won my $20k back and another $10k. Well, of course, my dumb ass, I gave the $10k back before I left. I was banging my head in disgust on the plane not believing I gave that money back. I use to fly down there 2/3 times a month and use to go on tilt at least 30% of the time.

I use to do this years ago but it was too damn tempting to keep doing and If the money gets too big can either of you really trust the other? It became a lot easier just flying to Vegas or the Bahamas for the day for me.

I helped train/develop sales teams that marketed a company called LCI International. Based on our success that company quickly became the fastest growing long distance company in the country back in the early 90's. It was then sold to Qwest for billions of dollars in the largest acquisition in the country at that time. I was a $100k/year engineer that was making $100k a month. I made my first million at 29, made over 5 million at 31 and parlayed that business into other ventures. I've made a shit load of money but I've also spent a ton as well. It was actually easier for me to make money than to keep it. At one point, I was hemorrhaging money and didn't even know it. It took me 3 years to realize it because I was in denial. I've tried to counsel young athletes on how to save money but they are just as dumb as I was. I thought the money would never stop coming in.

When I started capping many years ago I was down $3000 but I am back up $3000 which broke even.
If I had bet $200 on that Seahawks vs Cardinals game No Touchdown prop bet a few weeks ago I would have won $16000.

27 here, been gambling 1-2 years, probably down 5-6k total. Pretty bullshit tho considering if i was disciplined i'd be way up, I had bovada by the balls for 8k...blew that, heritage by the balls for 4k blew that. I pretty much stopped playing on offshore books because i could never make myself cash out. Now i just do the local thing and that has its ups n downs. I play too many games daily and bet on soccer which is bad sport to bet on for the most part. All one big learning experience...im getting there though..
