To be fair, Western Michigan is a very good team. The loss to Illinois State is a head-scratcher, but funny things can happen early in the year. These teams don't get the benefit of exhibitions like the big boys. The Cats have obviously shored up some things since then and I wouldn't expect the team that lost to the Redbirds to be the one that shows up against the Badgers.

As a sker homer I really thought nebraska would win outright vs wisconsin. I wouldn't want to play NW again. I think he is spot on with this play. NW qb is playing really well.

NW has played much better lately than at the beginning of the season. You can't measure a team how they did in the beginning. Sometimes, they get better and other times they regress. This maybe due to many things. Injuries, coaching changes, some just don't care.
