Girls are the way to go. Having a boy is so cliche and over done.
My girl is 8 now, and she is the absolute joy of my life. There is absolutely nothing better than being a dad to a little girl.
I would begin her sports training as soon as possible. It's a very competitive environment. Call me ASAP.

I'd start her with just a plastic ball and bat as soon as she can stand. Just keep it fun at first. But get her swinging. Once a good swing is developed, she'll never lose it.
Now look....this is important. If she's going to most likely be a thin, fast, lanky chic....have her hit from the left FROM DAY ONE. Don't fukk around and try to make her a righty. There's only one chance for small, skinny chics in softball. And that's as a lefty slapper. That's it. Period. No one will give a fukk that your 70 lb ten year old can hit righty. She's too fukkin little. If she's not going to be a power hitter, she has to be a slapper. It's the only chance you have.
Call me with any questions.
