The Court is compelling Apple to comply. If Apple comply's then it will set a Precedent where the Government will able to hack anyone phone, Samsung, whatever. For you folks who don't know what the heck Precedent is, Precedent is a court ruling that if upheld can be use again in a future case. So let say, somebody with a Samsung phone did a terrorist act. The Government will have the ability to hack anyone's with Samsung phone if for whatever reason they think they might be connected to such crime. But in reality, who really believes they are going to stop their once they have the ability to do so. What Snowden is talking about is coming into fruition.
