another fun fact: all the pollution from LA is blown into the San Gabriel valley and collects at the bottom of the mountain range, making near by Chino Hills one of the highest polluted areas in the country

Sharpy right on with this one. other than Western Hills Golf & CC, area is pretty bad.

But did you see frostno's post #65???

"According to Wiki they only have 3 percent of their population at poverty level, the rest are middle class income or higher. The median price for a house is 700k."

I'm so confused now about this damn place. Which is it, a slum or a wealthy community?? Ehh, guess it's somewhere in the middle like most places.

Anyway, at least there are three winners now: California, Florida, and Tennessee. Guess we'll see if we ever find out anything about the folks. If they're smart, we never will.

Cappy real estate market in S. Cal is crazy. You can't touch a home out there for less than 3-400k.

Did it mention what the median salary was?

Three winning tickets were sold for the $1.6 Powerball lottery, but none of the winners have been identified yet.

Even if it was upper middle class why should we be pissed? We should be pissed that a family who likely worked hard, got into decent grad school, continues to work hard caught a break? Rather have it go to a upper middle class than thug. At least upper middle class will use that money on taxable goods and stimulate economy and not strippers and blow.

Full disclosure: I would have spent it on strippers and blow if it were me.

Did you guys hear about the story on the internet... about a group of friends on a social media pool... all chipped in and purchased $146,000 of tickets. That's correct..... a total of 73,000 tickets were printed for this group.

They estimated that they won around $15,000 of secondary prizes.

How can you trust people on the internet that you never met before? Crazy.
