#40All but five states (DE, KS, MD, ND, OH) have laws that require the lottery to release the name and city of residence to anyone who asks.Originally posted by grease lightninThey could create a trust and have a lawyer present the winning ticket, no?
From what I've read online about California, is the trust would only work for the actual payments. Attorney could present your ticket on your behalf, but they would still have to disclose your full name and location where you bought the ticket, but not the address where you live. So I guess, that's somewhat semi-anonymous in a way.Comment -

#43That wiki page is lol. I know the area well and just lol. May be the safest because of CIM. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cali...tution_for_Men
Inmate Kevin Cooper escaped from CIM in 1983. In retrospect, factors that may have contributed to the escape included conviction "under an alias," an undetected "history of escaping from jails and mental hospitals," and "a hole in a fence" surrounding CIM.[11]Three days after Cooper's escape, four people were found dead in nearby Chino Hills, and Cooper was later convicted of murdering them.[12]
