They could create a trust and have a lawyer present the winning ticket, no?

All but five states (DE, KS, MD, ND, OH) have laws that require the lottery to release the name and city of residence to anyone who asks.

From what I've read online about California, is the trust would only work for the actual payments. Attorney could present your ticket on your behalf, but they would still have to disclose your full name and location where you bought the ticket, but not the address where you live. So I guess, that's somewhat semi-anonymous in a way.
