    Anyone Going To Tge Gym Saturday Morning Like A Man?

    I signed up at YMCA here.

    Bought a water bottle and a towel from Walmart, and I got these fresh kappa shorts and diadora runners. I am going to workout at 7am and show off to the ladies inside. So far this is my routine:

    Warm-up: Brisk 5 minute walk on treadmill

    Stretching 10 minutes

    20 Sit ups (Pause 1 min and repeat 3 times)

    Leg Curls ( 3 sets, 8 reps)

    Wrist curls with barbell ( 2 sets, 30 reps)

    Finish it off with a 10 minute steady pace jog in same spot.


    What do you think? Any tips?

    Jump on the bike or elliptical 15 mins to loosen up. Do at least 40 mins of cardio otherwise your wasting time.

    30 minutes eating deep fried chicken is essential.

    gyms are a waste of money....unless you want to meet chicks or be seen working out. Buy a 45 lb plate you hit most of your upper body arms etc with that..buy a pair of 40 dbls if it fits into the budget and possibly a kettlebell or two...you really only need the 45 though the others are a luxury...cardio walk until you can jog...jog until you can run ...then once you get over your legs being sore start sprinting once or twice a week...hiking doesn't hurt shadow boxing as well. You don't need a gym oh grappling dummies are good as dead weight for squats and twists also fireman carry that bad boy for calf raises.

    Just got back. I'm beat. Didn't end up getting through my routine. I ended up staying on the eliptical to watch the Manchester City game
    and placed a bet off my phone. Lost and was too mad so i left to the bus stop to go back home.

    After I stopped playing bball & football I was like 260. I bought a recumbent bike so I could ride and play playstation (at that time ps2) at the same time. I dropped down to 225 and was shredded. A few other friends did the same thing and got great results. To this day i still ride and play. Time goes by so fast and before you know it, you've gotten an hour in

    Genius idea. I didn't even know i was moving when i was watching my bet. Next thing you know an hour later I burned 600 calories
