Are you kidding? That combo would be the favorite to win the NBA title. Lebron and a 10 seed easily wins, Lebron and a 16 seed would be a battle, but I think it could happen.

Check out the 2002-2003 Syracuse National Championship team. A tier 1 NBA superstar (Carmelo Anthony) with the help of a now average, but consistent, NBA player (Hakim Warrick) dominated the season and won the championship. Carmelo was a freshman. Imagine adding him to any team now with seven years of NBA experience.

I actually can't believe most of you would say "no". In fact, any team in ANY Div. I school (let alone NCAA tournament team) would be the favorites to win the national championship with LeBron James (of today) on their squad.

The answer for this particular question with regards to a team ALREADY in the NCAA tournament and having LeBron James....the answer is "heck yes" they have a great shot of winning the whole thing. At worst the #64 ranked team would probably make the Final Four.
