Hedge, honestly man. I think you are ignoring Pags' own behavior here. The guy brought this on himself. I would bet there were no more than 3-5 guys who were giving him shit in his thread. For reasons unclear, Pags took a scorched earth policy--and took his fight to SBR. He openly challenged them to ban him, he continually referred to himself as the greatest capper of alltime---of course he is going to catch shit acting like that.

And. The catch is. He wasn't banned in College Football. He left on his own. If 3 guys giving him shit is going to drive him away, honestly, how insecure can a person be?

He will be fine where he is.

SBR will be fine without him.

He came several times in Players Talk and proclaimed he is the best college football handicapper. When asked about his sub .500 record he called people names and invaded other posters threads to make fun of their picks. When several posters challenged him with his picks he agreed to challenges and when he lost these challenges he decided to leave SBR and stiffing the posters he challenged.

This is EXACTLY why he had quickly become one of my favorite posters recently.

He left SBR because he was banned from PT. If he hadn't been banned, he wouldn't have left, and that would have meant untold awesome posts and threads for all of us to enjoy.

Huge, huge mistake IMO.

Hedgehog, Pags came into Player's talk and told people to post their plays. Basically a put up or shut up thing. So people did. Pags went into Pavy's thread and called his plays donkey plays. In Player's Talk, he was constantly calling people pussies...and I ain't talking cats either. Now, you have been here long enough to know that that kind of talk isn't tolerated in Player's Talk. Not repeatedly. And you know that he was warned. The only place he was banned from was Player's Talk. The rest of the board was available to him. He kept posting that the mods didn't have the power to reprimand him because John and Bill Dozer wouldn't let them. All he needed was to lighten up and not be so abrasive and jump on everyone except those who kiss his ass.
