having same problem with betus, have seven payout withdrals from march 12 to march 20.havent seen a dime.call them up the story alwavs changes.echeck at first they say will take 10 business days,then 10-15,then 15-20.hard enought to sweet out the games.now its my money ive got to sweet out.dont know what else i can do

Hello Brutus1 I have been waiting since 2/15/07 so hang in there.I will update as soon as I know more.I did recieve 1000.00 from a payout that was done on 2/19/07 on the 20th of march.I am waiting on 4300.00 from 2/15/07 but feel better since talking to the "highher ups".Customer service reps are not very helpful there and do give you the runaround as you have noticed.GLComment -

I made a withdraw on March 7th which has not been paid. I'm working with Justin from SBR who emailed me this week after speaking with a higher up at betus.com who said that I will be paid no later than april 14th. I'm hoping this is the truth this time...only time will tell.

i got paid from betus today, through bank wire. It was processed on March 8th, got it today.
Iam so thankful to JUSTIN and SBRFORUM. Justin looked at my complaint on Apr 3rd and i got it within a week.

I requested a payout on March 27th. At that time they told me 7-10 days. I called today they told me 15-20 business days. I feel like a moron my payout was $5000 the max. I emailed you justin for some help but im sure your swapped with issues like these. I'll keep everyone informed.Comment -
This is the story I got, first when you request a payout, it goes to "waiting for supervisor authorization." Then second step is, "waiting for debit." After that it takes 10 business days for your payout request to come out of your balance. After all that shit, the check is allegedly sent. So you are looking at about a month or two.Comment -

a similar thing happened to me when i switched payout methods a week ago. i had a 3 figure payout changed from e-check to fed ex. the payout amount was put back into my bet us account. then, it was quickly debited the next day. i already have the payout which arrived yesterday. however.......i am waiting for two 4 figure payouts since mid march.Comment -

I requested 2 fedex withdrawals from BETUS for 4k on tuesday 4/4 and a withdrawal from Sportsgambling for 4,900 on Wednesday 4/5. I am getting the major runaround at both books.
The money still has not been deducted from my account. How long before you receive a fedex check is the money deducted?
I have been calling multiple times every day asking why it has not been deducted and everyday they tell me something different. I have heard every story allready more than once.

Complaints keep tricking in.
According to BetUS's manager of payment processing, withdrawals will be processed within 48 hours of receiving them. Players should have money within 7-10 business days of the day they make their request.
I'm going to watch the recent batch of withdrawals very closely. Anyone requesting money after April 1st, that doesn't receive money by April 15th needs to tell me.
Due to the flood of email I'm getting, I am not sending out emails to update everyone on what BetUS tells me (although we will have a newswire shortly).

Requested $4,000 payout on March 28th thru Echeck, still has not been taken out of my account. Listed as Waiting Debit, whatever that means. This is my 2nd payout requested.

Man they are even lying to you... There is no way they will pay people within 7-10 business days from the request date.
I heard that it takes 10 business days just to get your money out of your balance, then it goes to the processing department. Probably after many days after that, they will start sending checks out. 7-10 business days? I say no way.Comment -
Love this website, Just receive my payment this morning WOW that took some stress off. I request a payment sometime in May and was paid 3/15 and 3/16, I was waiting for awhile for an e-check but never receive it, so I went to betus.com and contact them asking why my delay, and they reply back saying "Dear justaflyg , Apologies for the wait. E-check payouts are taking 15 to 20 business days to hit the bank accounts. Your payout was completely processed on 3/21. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter. Regards, Walker, The BetUS.com Team" after that I just waited I was going to wait 20 day before contacting them again. but to make a long story short, and to kept hope up.
