I deal with homeless people every day. Usually have to kick off so many daily from the property for every reason you can think of. Whether it's painting the bathrooms with feces,asking for money,stealing,sleeping,harassment screaming etc etc. It's so damn annoying!

Yep that is exactly what happened. It was the multiple court cases by ACLU and a number of other factors.
The other factors included pharmaceutical lobbying for new drug treatments, financial stress of states due to expanded non-institutionalized welfare including medicaid and section 8 housing. Previously, these people had to live in state-run facilities. Now, the state paid their rents, and food stamps were expanded. These all took place at the same time when the Health Maintenance Organization Act of 1973 was kicking in.

The HMO Act drastically altered health care in the United States. It took time for the dark capital to work, but essentially what happened is that no-profit health care and hospitals run by the Catholic Church, States and Charities now had Wall Street competion. The non-profit healthcare could not keep up with the vast inflows of cash provided to corporate insurance, pharmaceutical lobbying and stagflation that was rising the costs of services and equipment.

This Act, passed in 1973, with bipartisan support, was introduced in the Senate by the Kennedy In Name Only who Feared For His Life (Ted) who sold out. Can't blame him, I guess, after both his brothers were killed. Nixon signed it. Republicans and Democrats BOTH continued to destroy the American non-profit healthcare mandate. States were forbidden by that law from keeping healthcare on a non-profit bases. Over time, you know what happened to the price of "health insurance". Va-voom!

To this day, it only gets worse, because neither party is interested in addressing the root of the problem. They both keep the for-profit corporations in charge of health care, at every level along the chain, with the only difference being that the Fake Neo-Lib Democrats want to increase the corporate welfare by subsidizing payments (single payer) to the corporations, that subsidizes their vast profits at the expense of the people's government and the people's health care. They are doing the same with education. Only making things WORSE by removing the otherwise natural price discovery supplemented by charitable contributions that would occur without subsidization of corporations on Wall Street who gouge the public at every opportunity for base needs - energy, health care, housing, groceries, education and communications. The U.S. government is nothing but a conduit to finance internationalist corporate profit and control over itself and the people it hypocritically claims to represent.

The reasons why this has happened is an insidous conspiracy for control over our lives, government and to establish world-wide hegemony over humanity. I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that everything I wrote here is the hard truth. Truth which is intentionally obfuscated by the regime that is over us, which is directed by a tiny group of bankers, and the corporations are all puppets funded by them. Dependency, Surveillance, and CONSENT is what they are engineering. Once these are all complete, then they will start to whittle the population down gradually, and in about 100 years or less, they see themelves being the absolute controllers of humanity forever, living long lives and exploring space, while those who are allowed to survive will be their slaves.

I'm sure most people even the drug addicted or homeless people or mentally ill etc at one point had ambitions in life or a dream...like of what they'd wanna do or succeed at, but due to the environment and circumstances they were either unable to pursue it, or got caught up in something bad. This is especially true to a Jew like anne frank....or a poor young African American who is surrounded by negative influences and drugs....some have no choice....u can either work some terrible daily wage job or you turn to higher paying but riskier practices, mainly crime.
