I got my gift card today as well. Thanks SBR, Andy, and others.

Just an FYI for people. The email you receive is not from an SBR email account. It comes from "Amazon.com Gift Cards" (gc-orders@gc-email.amazon.com). I almost thought it was a scam email until I looked closer.

I use Amazon.ca in Canada, when I went to apply my GC it said only allowed to use for amazon.com??

I thought it was said we would be able to use for our own Amazon and the $100 would be converted to $130 CAD

They said the amount would be in USD.

Which it is.

You can have an account at Amazon.com as well as Amazon.ca, load the gift card there.

Then buy things that offer shipping to Canada.

Not ideal but better than nothing.

Wouldn't it be easier for SBR to let betpoints be used for cash or free plays at the sports books that sponsor the site?

Nothing is easier for SBR. It took them a year to reopen the store and it was empty in a few days and remains empty, but it is open. This place has been a complete clusterfck since the “large organization” bought it. They’re either a severely understaffed/underfunded large organization or they bought SBR to make it go away.

But I agree that would be very desirable.

No, you keep all your points when renewing an active pro membership.

The 3000 limit only applies if it's a new Pro account, or a lapsed one coming back.
