BAS chat just told me something that made me so pissed off. They said that I cannot request a payout because I need 4 consecutive weeks of action. I've been betting at their site regularly ever since 5Dimes exited the US and haven't requested a payout yet. I take ONE week vacation in Hawaii, and now I'm screwed. I have to start the clock all over again. I'm a month away from being able to get any money.

How &$%^#!! ridiculous is that?

I might request one tomorrow anyways and see what happens. Perhaps the chat agent is being a stickler for the rules but whoever approves payouts will see that I've been a highly active customer.

I wanted to provide everyone with an update on this preposterous notion. I went ahead and requested a payout despite what I was told, and it was just now approved and paid in slightly under 24 hours. And that duration included verifying my ID/address for the first time.

So that chat CS agent was apparently busting my balls.

Well, it may not be made up. It might be a policy which is not regularly enforced but present in case they want to use it. Difficult to know for sure.

Yes, and I can verify that same scenario with payouts. I say, you must forgive those software mistakes, today. Tomorrow though, is another day and hopefully, they will get more professional software updates, or, whatever it takes?

This is an obscure outfit living off their relationship to "mother-book" 5 Dimes, a book which left the US market in disgrace. Clients with future bets at 5D were raped during the American exit. Bets were graded losers as time allowed, while others that survived (at significant +EV value) were graded push/cancel when 5D's stated deadline hit. It was the second largest shot taking by an SBR sponsor, with only Bet Islands being worse. So please tell me how BAS is underrated, especially after their software update debacle.
