I've been trying to stay well under the radar there and have only reached out for minor things but that was a while back.

Knowing the legendary service it replaced aside, starting to come around on this book as if it were a new entrant. Finding a solid line or two each day and having another out with bigger limits is helpful. Would like to see consistent less juice offered on MLB money lines as a next step.

I too an not a fan of all the new "downgrades" in them redoing their site. However I have been a big fan of live betting ultra or "ultimate lines" and noticed that before the juice on live betting ultra was alot worse when compared to bet365's live lines. Currently they are only a few cents different. So either the juice is less in the ultimate lines or bet365s juice got worse. Another thing is they got rid of the 3% kickback when betting on ultimate lines (even tho there site still says they have it), which sucks, but at least the lines are much better

I really miss 5Dimes. Other places are fine but there was something about 5Dimes that just fit me like a glove. I rarely ever even thought about playing elsewhere, and now I just kinda bounce around, unable to find that same fit. BAS was really close before the updates but now it’s all fukked to hell. Truly the end of an era

This is the only saving grace for this book at the moment. My last couple payouts they have not even gone through the verification procedure, which they used to do on every one without fail, so at the least they have that going for them.

But the slow grading is just a disaster. It's just about a guarantee that any future or series line or anything other than a strict game/total you're going to have to chat with them to get it graded, and even then it takes MULTIPLE chats/contacts over several days for something very simple. Meanwhile funds are tied up and am unable to use those on other action, which is the death knell.

Not putting any new bets down and as soon as all futures are cleared I'm saying goodbye...just too many problems and time wasting involved when the only real benefit now is reduced juice which you can find elsewhere at lowvig/bet105/etc.

You say the low vig can be found elsewhere, but I'll telling players one more time, they have another option that Books cannot compete with.
