I chew up snake oil finance guys that work at these places trying to sell you a lease because it’s much more lucrative for the employee and the dealer not the purchaser

85% of customers trade in their vehicle before the loan is paid off anyway, so why not lease.

Only reason to buy over leasing is if you plan on keeping it until it dies....or you drive 20K+ miles a year

exactly why i lease. i avoid that time when a lot of new things are needed. plus it is nice getting a newer model every few years.

No repairs, no new tires ever. Great fuel economy for 3 years and then trade in and do it again. Buying a car outright is just plain stupid unless you have the money to pay it all.

Sure, when posters try to go over the top we get some good stuff, pics, etc.

But the best winners of a ball, or POTM, are usually the one's not trying to get something like that.

i agree with you. my dad is old fashioned and he likes "owning" a car. however, he finances and never actually owns it cause like sammy says he trades it in by year 4 or 5 anyway depending on the months he gets financed. i tell him just lease. he likes being able to say the car will be is. one of my biggest arguments with him.
