I think he got 8% of the black vote in 2016. I would think 12% of the black vote would be a tremendous accomplishment for Trumps campaign. It is a little easier to improve great percentages when you are " short stacked".

BOTH campaigns have already lined up >100 lawyers each in case it gets contested.
