You came to that conclusion based on all the big bets are on Biden?

I would guess all of the largest bets were on Hillary too.

If they are so sharp why didn't they grab -140 10 days ago?

It’s likely they are doing the simple math of early voting and turnout. Trump voter suppression attempts have backfired and the vote totals are so high that an unpopular incumbent republican candidate can’t win. This is not hard to figure out.

You're guessing. High profile events almost always have the largest bets on the favorites no matter if it's the Patriots, Hillary, Biden, Brexit or whatever.

The "fact's" have moved the line slightly, yes. But the big jump came after the first debate so not a lot of real facts.

I do agree as probably you do that since the line hasn't recovered that smart money is still finding value at -205 and not buying back at +200 hence, it looks like Joe will win.
