Top 36 US qualify - All Star Team
Top 3 Become Captains of Each US Team
Then they draft from the rest of 33 qualifiers for each team
Now you have 3 fair and balanced teams.

That isnt going to happen as part of the "joy" of this promo is the team v team rivalry that builds up during qualifying, and makes the finals the interesting/fun thing they are in this promo.

also, having three different usa bubbles the final week or two of qualifying makes it much more interesting, as well.....

one usa bubble for top 36 would suck....

as for pussies like joefool who are complaining, just play better and quit crying about "donk luck"..... from what i've seen of joe, as he walked to rail whining after I felted him, is his play will never qualify him for a team anyway.......

What rivarly is the World Team building when #12 on the World Team needs to cash once to qualify where #13 of US East may cash 600 points or more and not qualify?

Same thing happpened last year. Based on last year's fiasco the states could have been redistributed this year to balance the teams.

it was this way last promo with world cup, and in the end, the numbers, if I recall, were all in the same ball park.... alot of people, myself included, really haven't even started playing this promo. once we do, it'll start to even out among the teams.....

east players need to chill.... most of you won't make the team, and wouldn't make the central or west once the numbers come in.

sbr always evens it out in the end........

I'm not polluting a thread. The reason of starting threads at SBR is to promote discussion between forum players. So far no one has responded with a logical response to my arguments. If you think what I posted is not correct then feel free to provide a response refuting what I said.

If there is something in my posts that violates SBR rules then you can move the posts or delete them. I will have no hard feelings.

well world cups irl are also unfair. its like how the usa can sometimes qualify for the world cup in soccer because we are in a easy region. it is also easier to make a usa world cup team than it would be for ppl from brazil.

I don't know about that. I think the US has more people than Brazil so the odds of someone making the US team are harder than making the Brazil national team. The problem with the US is that the best athletes don't play soccer whereas in Brazil the best athletes play soccer.

So if I understand correctly your analogy you are saying that SBR decided that the US East is the Brazil of SBR Poker so players competing for a spot in the World Cup team must try harder to make the team but the US West is the USA of SBR Poker and not the best athletes can make the team, right?

sbr doesn't know the exact number of poker players from each region before event starts, how could they possibly know so many world poker players would become scammers

yes the east is like brazil. top brazilian soccer players who dont make the world cup brazil team cant try to qualify in the usa even though they would probably make the team easily. team canada used to be like the world cup team that automatically qualified for hosting the event.
