Ha, what are you talking about. You're saying there was no protesting in Dallas, Houston, Florida?

But then why are we clearly not seeing spikes also in NYC, Chicago and Detroit? Clearly, the protests were much bigger there.

Texas Gov. Abbott pauses reopening and urges mask-wearing.

Texas folks - are Texans wearing masks in public or do most there think it's just a hoax?

The numbers were already extremely high in New York, highest in the country. So doesn't spike just keeps going on its high number line

Its a sad state of affair reading news articles from US media. Everything is so damn biased. Below are two examples from the above article:

"...and are now seeing staggering spikes that make clear the deadly virus is showing no sign of going away, as President Donald Trump has repeatedly predicted."

"Much of the country had to be shut down to stop the spread of the coronavirus and the roaring economy that began under President Barack Obama and continued under Trump was brought to an abrupt halt in February by the pandemic."

Why is it so important to mention that the roaring economy started under Obama, if not to push a certain narrative? And i know that both sides do this, but I dont understand why you as a people put up with it.

Was just in Lake Tahoe for a day this week. No one wearing masks. Only bartenders who half wear them. Even after Governor made it mandatory

They might as well say the roaring economy started under George Washington. Economy sucked before that. Been going up ever since

Except that's not true. NY fell hard after the peak and still has relatively very few cases. Same for here in Chicago. Still way way down and have not seen a spike yet. It is not a high number line at all. It's damn near nonexistent now.

Take a look at the charts here for NY. No spike at all yet. They went from 5,000 cases a day with a 30%+ positivity rate down to like 250 cases a day with a 2% positivity rate now.

The northern states are wearing masks and practicing social distancing

the south too busy laughing at the north, now tables have turned

has nothing to do with heat. It’s been in the upper 80’s, lower 90’s in NY

                                      its not rocket science

131 deaths in NJ and 89 in CT....all more than any state in the south

My bad archie...I just did a quick google search for deaths the last 24 hours and got those numbers....they actually weren’t from yesterday....fukking google

still minimal deaths in these southern states though
