I actually like this Kamala pick.

Assuming Biden wins, we know he isn't going to make it very long as he is basically a turnip, so she'll take over.

She is a woman and one of color, so she can pretty much do whatever she wants without criticism.

She is also the kind of person to lay the lethal smack down on these Protesters/Rioters

The worst outcome of this if Biden somehow wins is that the governor gets to pick her
