This isnt Covers, if some posters dont like them their allowed to give their opinions good or bad(DISSING ALLOWED HERE), i have zero interest in contests or office pools, but still respect your view on them, as for me their max payout per transaction of $850 doesnt work at all so i dont play there.

From what i have heard and in speaking with their CS they are going in the right direction, hopefully there max per payout increases, at the moment there is no reason for me to deposit 2k, and have to make multiple transaction requests day after day.

I should make clear that the following issues are with Sports-1, but I understand that they are now essentially a branch of BetPhoenix.

I've just spent a frustrating 45 minutes trying to get simple answers to withdrawal questions, then all the LiveChat went "offline". Of the 45 mins, the vast majority of that was waiting. The rep just kept asking for the amount I wanted to withdraw but didn't answer my questions. I have to say all the other reps I've dealt with have been great, so this was particularly frustrating.

For anyone that uses them regularly, can you answer the following (simple) questions:
1. I was told the withdrawal fee for Moneybookers was $20. Is the fee the same regardless of the size of the withdrawal or does it vary? How much is the fee for GBP accounts? (£20 or the converted $20).
2. I have an account in GBP, to which I deposited in GBP. The rep said that the payout is processed in USD, but I get paid in GBP. Does anyone with a GBP account know what this means? Does my GBP balance get converted to USD then back to GBP, so that by time it hits Moneybookers I've lost approx. 4%? Why can't they payout in GBP for people with GBP accounts? They took my GBP deposit just fine, and are meant to be a Euro-targetting book.

See, simple questions. Not 45 minutes of a rep asking for an amount, and me saying "but you haven't answered my questions..."

Generous? Tomato questions your math. What is generous about any of their bonuses?

For the 20% bonus, you have a 6x rollover. There's a minimum deposit of $300. That means Tomato has to wager $1800 before he can cash out. Giving 10%, he gives the books $180 in juice. All for a whopping $60 in bonus money. Book profits $120 on anyone stupid enough to take that.

Let's try the other bonuses they offer!

How about the whopping 50% bonus? You have a 10x rollover. There's a minimum deposit of $2500. Minimum amount you have to wager is $25000. Juice taken from that is 10%, or $2500. For a bonus amount of $1250. Book profits $1250.

It's the same for every bonus.

As for the lines, It's false advertising. It's bait and switch. You don't advertise .10 lines on your site, on SBR Odds, and then once you sign up say "to get those lines you need to deposit $300+". Oh, but there's a GREAT bonus available to deposit that 300!

Then they committed the cardinal sin, that to Tomato's knowledge only CRIS has done so far. Calling customers and telling them "we've got a GREAT bonus offer, come deposit". LOL. That's what ALL gamblers want - books harassing them. Sorry, Tomato stupid enough to take the bonus, try yisman!
