ok iam giving it a shot RJ...i had my limits cut to 1k at CRIS, Wally doesn´t like me either, just to name some real books besides alll the square shops like 5Dimes that showed me the door.
Wonder if you really let me play through my rollover for that 60% early bird thingi in peace, not that i doubt it after what you wrote but it is rare in this industry now.

I think he just means scalping a stale line when the market is moving and either betting the opposite side at betphoenix again for a small loss/gain or arbing at another book for a small guaranteed gain.

I don't think any book is going to take kindly to one scalping the line and betting the opposite side at the same book to get through a rollover quicker, that's just plain disrespectful. If the market is moving and they are slow to move their line, and you bet at another book on the other side for an arb opportunity or slight loss, I don't see any issue with it. They need to manage their lines better if they allow this to happen.

I figured you just meant arbing in that fashion, just wasn't sure.

If I do arb with a book + matchbook, I plan to play at that book anyways and don't have any plans to take my money out right away when I do happen to finish a rollover and I don't actively look for arbs. I do remember signing up for a 100% freeplay bonus with justbet though, back when I was beginning to wager on sports figuring I'd give them some of my action. I put in the max they'd allow for the bonus ($1,000) and have approx. a 14k rollover. Their lines were so vanilla, they plain mimic Pinnacle up to -150 with a dimeline and just offset their lines a penny each way in comparison to Pinny's 8 cent lines (MLB moneylines). They literally move the line within 5 seconds of Pinnacle moving their line too.

With their small $250 limits and this combined, it took forever to rollover my money and I purposefully bet any line within a cent of matchbook's just to get through the rollover even if it meant taking a small loss of 0-1% per bet or so. If a book shows no respect to a player by not letting them have a chance at winning, I have no regrets in bailing out after a sign-up bonus.

I think BetPhoenix is a great book as they offer -105 lines and have their own opinionated lines, very few of these kind of books out there. I haven't played their long, but from what I've seen so far, they are a great book to play at.

98% of US facing books do calling campaigns this time of the year . I dont think its fair to bad mouth a book just because they called you to offer a signup bonus. I mean you signed up on your own .. unless you were not planning on depositing I wouldnt mind someone calling me with a nice little offer to dump a few hundred in there.

Betpphoenix is a great book along with some other names .

First email they CS guy told me the early bird special is only for US/CAN.
Fine, i asked about the rollover for the 15% FP with -105 lines.

I talked to a clerk named Derek on the phone and when I said I wanted the -105 and no bonus he said that you MUST take a bonus (I think he said at least 10% w/6x roll) to get the -105 line set. I don't want a bonus and will not take a bonus. If the clerk was wrong, please let me know and please inform your clerks of the real policy.

Taking the -05 and no bonus is fine. You will not be punished, and you will get paid.

the only thing is that 14x rollover.. ouch.. and god forbid i win that free play.. my rollover might be close to 300,000..

Is that BP's way around putting holds on deposits? They MAKE you take a bonus, regardless of how low the rollover is?

I don't think they make you take a bonus. I have deposited a lot of times online and not gotten a bonus. One time I made the mistake of deposited less than $300 and even got charged a fee!
