He is also entitled to his opinion on books calling him on his phone, while i realize some books do call you after signing up,and this does not bother me, but if it bothers him or any other person that is also fine and does NOT make this a BS thread.

Lets be real here Betphoenix is relativly new, which in itself is a reason to becarefull, as SBRJOHN said in another post relating to BFC.(PASSING THE TEST OF TIME)

Calling customers after 15 mins of signing up is not common practice among the A books, so his concern about this is legitiment IMO.

Some of the bonuses they offer, i believe it to be something like 100% on certain promotions are also scary to me, as others in the past offering crazy type bonuses usually end screwing players down the road, thats not suggesting they will.

I called them up some 2 months ago to open up an account,i spoke to a very nice guy named Vitaly(I think that was his name) he was a gentleman to me a real good customer service guy, however at that time he told me cashouts allowed were 750$ max per transation, this was not something that would of worked for me, so i politely thanked him for his time and opened up an account elswhere,my gambling needs cant be met with this low of a max withdrawl per day and dont want to make 7 cashout request day after day for 750$, i hope their max cashouts are now higher.

Justin i hope you dont take this post personally as its not an attack on you, rather your post about this being a BS thread.

Some will say good things about them and some will say bad things about them and all are entitled to their opinion, wheather or not you agree or not.

now that they finally do book to book transfers, IF they don't change the line on me, i'd post up there again..

There is a difference between a book annoying a player, and then the said player going to posting in a forum and posting "Is the book in trouble?". If you all see how that flows, you have a different mind than me.

I think, "How annoying is BetPhoenix?", "BetPhoenix needs to change?", and even "BetPhoenix desperate?" still attract attention, while not going to "Is BetPhoenix in trouble?".

BetDSI, First Fidelity, and even JustBet have all done the same thing of calling new signups.

You had money in your account before the business was even open? This makes no sense. Please keep the information factual.

There was 1 issue here that was resolved to the players favor. A line manager did confiscate a bonus based on steam play. The player only hit steam plays. I had the bonus returned to the player, and that was that. He played and got paid.

We are not looking to bonus steam players though...much in the same way that Vegas is not looking to comp card counters.
