If you have a directv account you can stream from that app or You will have to put your directv credentials on the fire stick NFL app to work

as far as i know, directv app will not work on tv screen unless its plugged into the tv

if that changed, someone tell me

im not sure if yahoo sports app works the same

by that i mean, you cant have directv app on your phone and put it on tv with something like googlechromecast

when i use the directv app, i have to have a cord that separates to a wall charger and 1 to the tv via hdmi i think

im checking yahoo sports tonight to see if it works with chromecast, i assume not

like i said, maybe some things updated and someone will hopefully correct me because its a pain the ass to watch directv with only a cord to tv via the app

Correct Rudy...you have to connect an HDMI cable or use an app to cast it to the TV with yahoo or directv

i can use my directv credentials on the nbcsports app and that works with google chromecast

so the nfl app on a phone wont work with chromecast

maybe your credentials are already saved if you used it to log into directv in the past

i entered credentials and can watch live

obviously that isnt firestick so it doesnt fukkin matter

but i checked online and it says should work

i know, dumb question...but you are sure you have the nfl network app and not the directv sunday ticket app or the other 2 apps that are similar?

dont forget, there are many streaming services that use firestick to get the game

not sure you want to try that at a fire station though

worst case, watch on your phones yahoo sports app or nfl network app on phone

if you get a cord i mentioned earlier, you need a splitter thing whatever to charge your phone at the same time you watch on your phone via directv

you will use a shit ton of battery and die soon

the benefit of this is, you dont pay for anything else

get the longest cords possible because there is no wireless fukkin remote that i know of

you need to be next to the tv/phone/electrical outlet

then you need hdmi cord to tv

and your charger goes in other slot

you can then watch not only nfl, but any other direct tv shows you have anywhere

many hotels didnt have golf channel

but now with nbcsports app, i dont really even use this anymore
