Still some down side to go until the people start getting out and going places at least. the whole system seems to be failing... some of these bonds that were good a week ago are now trading at 30-40 cents on the dollar.

how many more days can these real estate preferreds/bonds lose 30-50%? even solid stuff like bsa, vno-l, and peb-f just keep dropping like it's the end of the world

I believe it has alternated up and down every day for the last 6 days, just that it goes down twice as hard as it goes up.

Phase 2 stimulus. They just passed stage 1 stimulus. We'll be at stage 20 stimulus before you know it.

Can't do it. People have a right to liquidate their assets into cash.

The big fear is that people are selling what they can sell, not what they want to sell.

Means more losses ahead or a lot of really bad companies no institutions are buying.... more losses ahead. 17500 by weeks end.

Look at interest rates actually rising here despite fed actions. We are in real financial trouble guys....China could sink the whole ship if they dumped treasuries and played w their currency

Would not shock me to see a negative by days end. Yeah it's cheap money and all but nobody is going to have a job here. Every server, bartender, busboy, hotel staffer and airline attendant is going to get cut.

They will never recover until we do.

US stock market losses don't mean anything to me. The market can recover as quickly as it declined. The only difference is, when it recovers, china will hopefully not be one of our main trading partners. And so we will rise, while they remain in a slump.

China is extremely overrated in so many ways, most people don't even know.

Hey man, I hope you're right. It really depends what is happening inside China and I suppose we don't really know as the information is so controlled. Still too many unknowns to say one way or the other with any confidence. We'll see what unfolds.

Really? Been tanking for a month. You think it can recover all of that in another month? Seems impossible. 2 years bare minimum and probably not.
