It's truly going to be a stock picker's market, won't it? I mean even beyond the short-term there will be a huge losers but also huge winners with tectonic shifts. Everything getting pummeled in the short-term, but there will be some huge snapbacks in the right businesses that will profit.

The welfare reform act allows a welfare recipient to be on this system for no more then 3 years (with only 2 being continuous). Say a family of 1 woman with 4 kids got around 700. Now this woman goes and gets each child and herself as slow learners. So now they get 794 (as of 2 yrs ago). 794X5=3970. By trying to set the system in better shape. They fuckked it. Know one family with 7 kids. 6 are total consumption users that get it. The 1 that is bi-polar can't get it. System is all fukked up.
