yeah those freerolls are star point SNGS and MTTS to qualify for real $ MTTs... I know you will say ANYTHING to discredit me and put me down as the hater you are...
But if you had a clue you'd notice in the last 4 months I erased a deficit of almost $800... almost back to even after a shitty 2016 and early 2017.
Yes, I am back in my level... I only play MTTs which is the highest variance artform in poker...
You think winning or breaking even at pokerstars THE REAL INTERNATIONAL pokerstars is easy without you US fish?
Nope... on avg on a 9 handed table there are 6 good regs... is anybody's game, have a clue

#53I can relate to this . Almost 1 year ago i was 250 now 1 year later down to 188.Had the beer belly for years but gone now[fyi my bmi index said border line obese at the start]. Have done mega hours of research on this subject and its quite simple. First would like to say i went to gym to lift heavy heavy for mass no calisthenics or the tread mill. Every other day i was in the gym and on days off would swim 10 laps in the pool. The lack of energy you are feeling is caused from lack of proper nutrients, and the craving which all that goes away is your body craving sugar. Do research on sugar it is evil and leads to some serious health issues cancer, diabetes ect,ect. I'm a meat eater my meals consist of steak with rice mushrooms , chicken with rice. A lot of veggies and non fat non sugar yogurt , peanut butter and oatmeal well you get the point. For greens + probiotic and health energy i take pure greens powder. Stay organic non-gmo good luck and stick with it

#60Doc said my blood sugar was getting up there, liver was getting spotty. 6 weeks ago was at 189.6, today at 170.5. Cut out rice (which seemed impossible for me), sodas and ice cream. Eating salads with tuna, chicken or plain for lunch, Normal dinner but just 1/2 of the portion I use to eat. First few days were tough, now it's no big deal. Good luck to you.Comment -

i was used to eating about 3000 calories a day. maybe you are right i cut down too much
