          I was 190 and lost 15 lbs in 3 mos at 1800. You can do 2000 easy. Assuming you actually count properly. 1500 is way way too low.

                            Thanks but the fruit stays for a lil while while I'm purging breads sweets like cake cookies and soda out..once I'm good I'll dial away from the fruit and I'm implementing nuts and raw veggies as a snack foods

                                      curtailing my gambling while on this diet too.............put a big bet on saints and it made me so nervous. i crashed after and drank a bunch of coffee and now i cant sleep

                                      ill be up all night my body is confused. if you try to lose weight i dont recommend gambling

                                                      Oatmeal is garbage unless it is steel cut oatmeal. Ya can't just eat any kind of oatmeal.
