i've driven drunk 100's of times; I've driven high like twice.... in all my drunken driving, I never forgot what state I was in and had to call for help just to find my way home.....

Weed has pretty much been legal in Cali for the last 20 years or so. Nothing is going to change there.

I was there for the first time this year and was surprised just how legal it all felt in both Cali and Nevada.

Australia is pretty easy going place and it's only a ticket offense for small amounts here, but you don't often smell it in public.

I smelled it half a dozen times in 2 days around LA and from the moment I walked out of the room into my hotel hallway in Vegas, until I got into a casino I could smell it everywhere all the time last June.

Yeah, medical marijuana has been there since 96' and i'ts reallly easy to get a med card unlike other medical states in the country where you actually have to have a legit condition to get it. You could just walk into any of these doctor offices in Cali and say your back hurts and you could get a med card from them.

It's also been decriminalized so as long as you didn't get caught with more than an 0 at any time which youd have to be a dumbass to get caught anyway youd be fine.
