Starting to think there are a lot of insiders in this forum talking up their own book and trashing competition.

BOL for me has been rock solid in paying and has superior customer service. However, their software is clunky, their downloaded app gives a network error whenever I try to log in, their website requires me to verify my email every time I log in, and placing a bet is a very confusing series of steps. Until they fix the software front, they won't become my top book.

What's wrong with Bookmaker?

IMO you need to be rolling some coin to be in BOL. And BOL should think twice about these square bonus offers that attract brokediks and headaches. I know Bookmaker is doing the 50% stuff now too and that's a shame. CS suffers when their staff is spending time explaining how the $5 teaser lost. Loved it when Bookmaker made the min deposit $200, I think it's been lowered to a $100 now.

I think that everyone's situation is different. It depends on a variety of factors including where you live. Here are a few things I look at

Will I get paid and how fast?
Betting odds and options - does the book have what I want at a good price?
Are there a lot of complaints about this book? Not just payout complaints, but in general, are people bitching about things like customer service, fraud, bonus/rollover issues, etc?

Well I've been saying it for about three years now this is a very underrated book with a tremendous mobile platform, tremendous live betting platform and one of the few books that puts up early openers I think also a lot healthy limits i'm probably the best bonus program for active users . It's a real big time world wide book now

Yup. They've got the best US poker software around (Sportsbook/Carbon a close 2nd).

Solid book for props.
