Great for betting openers in both NCAA and NFL. Bookmaker is in a class by themselves for safety. A step down imho are the BOL's and 5Dimes. Those 3 are must have's for guys who ball. Two very good books for smaller players are Intertops and Bovada.

That was an old problem. If your balance is zero you only need to chat with CS and that will be reset. If it isnt, shoot in a complaint form and a manager will fix it in moments.

I wouldn't call rollover from previous deposits an old problem, I had it with them just 3 months ago and they did fix it when contacted customer service, but the fact they tried to suggest I needed to complete a rollover from a deposit 3 years ago was a bit concerning to me.

I stopped playing with them in the final weeks of the regular season in CBB. I was crushing them, especially in live bets, so they took the game I bet off the board as a live option. After that I quit playing there. It was bullshit, every game would be up and even the game I had plays on was up but they kept that one game frozen the entire game. Fukin pussies

I know Bookmaker is doing the 50% stuff now too and that's a shame. CS suffers when their staff is spending time explaining how the $5 teaser lost.
