btc fork going down tomorrow.. you'll get equal value of what you're holding in BTC.. Equates to about 1/16 of BTC current value at the time of the fork.

I moved all my btc to bittrex. They were supporting the original segwit2x fork and hopefully they will support this one too. They seem to be the most "fork friendly" exchange. There is also an airdrop for nxt tomorrow too and Bittrex has announced support for that.

See post above this one. Also, there is no exact time. Forks happen at a scheduled block and the time that block happens is always an estimate.

No im withdrawing from a book. Not depositing to one. So trying to figure out how to avoid $20+ in fees?

book to blockchain, and then to gdax...unless your book does LTC withdrawals.. then you could go book to Binance (wouldn't recommend risking your account shutting down) and then to gdax.

1) Sell at 100%, in a sharp sell-off.
2) Buy back at 97%.
3) Watch stock rise 8% from mini-trough. Rinse + repeat.

Just read this article. I am wondering if this is the list of exchanges supporting the first B2X fork. I haven't heard much about exchanges supporting the current one. Hope he's right though. When I am not sure about a fork my policy is to move the currency in question to bittrex. They have an excellent track record of supporting forks and acting in their users' best interest.
I know I already said this but the fact that it's going to run on the X-11 algorithm is a huge red flag for me. It means that most people (like myself) who are currently mining bitcoin wont have the option to switch over and mine B2X because their mining rigs aren't capable of doing it. I'm gonna venture a guess that for every one person who is capable of mining on X-11 there are 100 mining on Sha-256 (that's the algo bitcoin and all coins currently forked from it run on). Without miners support it can't/won't succeed.

On a side note, do these other exchanges care if we send btc directly to a book other than gdax? I use poloniex, binance, and hitbtc...maybe poloniex would?

I've used Polo to send to sportsbooks and nothing has ever happened.

Log into your blockchaininfo/wallet account, go to the security section and backup your 12 word seed phrase. (write on paper)

With that you have full control to retrieve and use the wallet contents anywhere else and no one, including blockchain.info can stop you.

It also lets you import the private key into a different type of wallet that supports BCH or B2X etc and retrieve those awarded coins.
