Lawyers are going to make a killing during the Trump years. Courts are going to be constantly smacking back Trump overstepping his bounds. Because his decisions are not going to be well-considered and vetted for legal considerations. It's if Trump feels like it, he does it, unconstrained by laws.

Ban is for countries where fighters are amassing now not previously. Makes sense. I agree with the judge on the partial block of **** holders who were in transit being allowed to continue so it's all good going forward. And remember this is just a 90 day or so suspension while they come up with a broader plan to lay out.
