Newsflash to everyone... There is nothing wrong with deleting emails, even classified ones. You and I delete emails everyday. This is a non issue that the ill informed lemmings that don't know the law including Trump keeps bringing up.

Yeah....the emails I delete everyday are no different than the classified stuff Hillary deleted. That's why it was such a minor issue.

I'm not sure about that as I haven't looked into it deeply as well. I'm not sure how you can tell someone to not delete an email if you don't know they have it in the first place???

What I do know, because I had a top security clearance for 13 years, is that it is not illegal to delete classified email. I also know that the majority of people with clearances have a hard time keeping up with the rules because they're always changing and it is difficult to know what really is classified and what is not. A document you receive today may be declassified tomorrow. It is not very cut and dry.

Do you know how many people with clearances improperly handle classified documents? EVERYBODY. There is nobody that has handled classified information that has not handled it improperly. Fact. 2nd fact is that we do not lock people up for improperly handling classified information. If we did that we wouldn't have any workers left. I received notices when I didn't handle the information properly. These are reminders to ensure compliance not to lock someone up. In order to prosecute someone you have to show "INTENT" that the person was disseminating classified documents to gain an advantage/coersion, seek money/exhort or be a traitor to the US.

Trump lost this election before he got nominated. The demographics do not allow a Republican to be elected as president. But Trump kept the last 12 months entertaining for an election that was already predetermined. I will really miss all the Trump supporters after the election.
