Yep I think the ratio is like 11 out of every 12 fathers don't hang around to raise their kids in the ghettos.. Either they get the boot, land up in jail or killed in gang violence.. As a kid growing up you are really only raised by your mother, if she works alot, gets on welfare, booze and or hooked on crack you end up with the grand parents or in a foster homes..

It's the elected officials that kiss up to the low and poor class registered voters that make up the masses to win their elections.. Hillary, Obama, etc.. If you watched the Democratic convention it was all about Black Lives Matters and Mexicans to win their votes.. Smart play actually...

You win the majority vote of the poor you get elected then you can make sure the poor get paid more and more with the freebies.. A vicious cycle that will never end.. National debt increases, Taxes increase for the middle class and rich, as more get on welfare and the minimum wage increases beyond business profits....
