I live here in LA, Cali and there's not nearly the racial tension that I see happening around the Country.. My Brother lives in the South (Mississippi) and tells me about it. Says the blacks are nothing like they are here in LA.. I tell my brother stop being racist.. It's getting crazy though.. I'm totally cool with blacks but just not the thugs now....

I must say I remember during the LA riots when I saw Reginal Deny get his head caved with bricks by black thugs live on TV I almost lost my mind.. A total innocent truck driver minding his own business got dragged out and gang thumped.... Cops wouldn't do shit...

I can't tell you how angry I felt at the time hanging with friends and watching that shit unfold live on TV.. It was a 20 minute drive away from me and I felt like going down there and going target practicing no lie, I was that heated....

Only other time I felt like that was during 9/11 and watching that unfold on tv live..

housing prices out there have gotten pretty high versus a few years ago when i almost bought... so hopefully there's a downturn at some point so i don't feel like i'm buying at a top
