it always has a "calming effect", particularly this prose espoused by an underprivleged black student of the oakland isd, penned back in the early seventies, I believe, and quoted verbatim by a Cali court of appeals back in 1972, in the landmark case of Oakland Unfied School District v. Olicker, 25 Cal. App. 1099 (1972)

I KNOW it's a favorite of mine, it's entitled "Big Bad Hairy Dick" (I often recite it around midnight at local coffee houses full of liberals):
